1. September, Friday we invite you to a side cruise together with Skarbø Gard. We sail with MS Bruvik into the beautiful Storfjord. It will be served with five tapas dishes, in combination with a selected, sparkling side.
Both cideres and cheese for the tapas are award-winning artisanal products from Skarbø Gard in Stranda, made from milk and apples grown on the farm. In addition, quality goods from Tind og Stranda and other local goodies are used.
While we sail past villages and fjord farms, we also get to hear the history behind the products and an insight into what farm life might be like today. From the perspective of the fjord, we see Stranda and the farm, which stretches from the shore, up through newly planted apple orchards, fields and green meadows, to the setra on the mountain.
